Elite Delivery: To prevent theft or loss, we guarantee professional hand-to-hand delivery; no orders are left unattended.
No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or credits for any orders placed on our platform.
Mandatory Gratuity: To ensure fair driver compensation, a mandatory gratuity of $3.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) is applied to every order.
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for order customization; Fetch A Meal provides delivery services only.
Verification: Drivers will verify orders upon request. If an order is incorrect, we will return the uneaten portion for a restaurant remake.
Agreement: By continuing, you agree to these terms and to inspect your meal before consumption.
