Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms: Use of the Fetch A Meal website and services automatically constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
1. Food Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Preparation Standards: Fetch A Meal is a delivery service only. We are not responsible for food that is undercooked, overcooked, or otherwise improperly prepared by the restaurant.
Allergies: Fetch A Meal is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions to foods or items delivered.
Prior Notification: Users must notify Fetch A Meal of any life-threatening allergies or special dietary needs prior to placing an order. However, since we do not prepare the food, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment at the restaurant.
2. Nature of Service
Fetch A Meal provides a delivery-only platform. We do not charge restaurants a commission or fee, nor do we add markups to existing menus. Because we prioritize fair compensation and a community-first mission, Fetch A Meal drivers are generally happier and more dedicated to providing excellent service.
3. No Refund Policy
To prevent system abuse, Fetch A Meal does not offer cash or credit refunds on any order. * Missing or incorrectly prepared items by the restaurant do not constitute grounds for payment disputes or cancellations.
By placing an order, you waive the right to dispute charges based on food quality or restaurant errors.
4. Delivery & Safety Protocols
Hand-off: Orders are handed directly to the customer. For recipients under 18, drivers will leave the order at the door unless an adult is present.
Security: For the safety of our contractors and customers, drivers may be tracked via GPS. The use of audio and video recording during the delivery process is applicable to all orders.
Screening: Our drivers are screened and background-checked. We do not hire certain types of felons to ensure community safety.
5. Payments & Fraud
Gratuity: All orders include a mandatory gratuity for drivers and delivery contractors to compensate for their time, effort, and vehicle care.
Verification: Billing addresses for credit/debit cards must match the delivery address, except for verified travelers.
Zero-Tolerance for Theft: We take theft of services and fraudulent activities seriously. Fraudulent actions will be reported to law enforcement without notice. We will prosecute and seek restitution immediately.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: We may share your location and identifying information with law enforcement, district attorneys, or state attorneys to aid in investigations.
