At Fetch A Meal, we prioritize safety, reliability, and trust for both our drivers and customers.

Driver Responsibilities:

Full Accountability: Once a delivery is accepted, drivers assume 100% liability. All orders must be handed directly to the customer unless specifically arranged by Fetch A Meal. Any undelivered or tampered orders will result in a deduction from your pay and immediate suspension or termination, subject to civil and criminal penalties for theft, including resitution.

Safety & Security

Safety First: Your safety and the customer's security are paramount. Fetch A Meal uses third-party tracking technology that may record location, video, and audio during delivery transactions to protect both parties and assist law enforcement in emergencies.

Requirements

Upon successful submission of a completed background check and id-verification:

Must Possess a Valid Driver's License
Must Possess State Minimum Liability Insurance
Must Complete a 1099 Tax Form
Must Submit to a Criminal Background Check
Must Register Your Vehicle with Fetch A Meal
Must Carry a Sanitized Ice Chest for deliveries

Please Note:

Drivers are independent 1099 contractors, not employees. Either party may terminate the contracting relationship at any time.

Fetch A Meal does not discriminate - everyone over the age of 18 years of age is encouraged to sign up.

Use of a rental vehicle is not permitted unless registered with FAM.

Drivers must agree to our terms, conditions and financial terms in order to earn a contract with Fetch A Meal.
